Information for Members of The Easingwold Singers
An Annual General Meeting is held in September each year when the Committee is elected. In September 2010 the Constitution was reviewed and amended and subsequently accepted by the Charity Commission. Copies are available for all members upon request.
The last newsletter
will be distributed in August 2011, if you need a copy please contact
the
Chairman or Secretary.
Subscriptions
Are due in September each year, please pay to the Treasurer and please gift aid if you can.
Music
Copies
of the current pieces are distributed by the Librarian; please contact
her if you have
any queries. There is a small fee to cover the hire charges. Please bring
a soft pencil and
eraser to mark your copy as necessary. Assistance with your part can be
found on the

Coffee roster
If you
have kindly volunteered to assist with the coffee break during a rehearsal,
please
provide a litre of fresh milk on the night. Tea, coffee, sugar and juices
are kept in stock by
the Committee. There is a card to show current pricing.
Ensure
boiler is filled about 2/3rds. Switch on to HIGH then turn to LOW before
rehearsal
begins. Thank you.
Social Events
Planned
There
are a couple of fundraising events during the season 2011-2012, details
from the
Committee.
It is also hoped to hold the annual Dinner on a convenient date tbc.

Rehearsal: time tbc
Timings: arrive 7pm for the concert at 7.30pm
Dress: Gentleman Black tie, Ladies white blouse, long black skirt/black trousers
